Welcome to the World of Concrete

World of Concrete, the premier U.S. event for the concrete industry, will finally see the light of day June 8-10 in the bright lights of Las Vegas. It may have been delayed by COVID-19, but the show will go on.

Rock Products and Cement Americas are pleased to join our sister publication Concrete Products at the event. Although our planned International Cement Seminar educational series was pushed back to the 2022 event, our Cement Production Pavilion will still be part of the show.

World of Concrete typically welcomes more than 60,000 industry professionals from all around the world, representing all segments of the construction industry: commercial contractors, concrete contractors, concrete pumpers, construction managers, dealers/distributors, decorative concrete contractors, designers and specifiers, general contractors, block/segmental unit producers masonry contractors, architects, engineers, block producers, ready mix producers, rental equipment centers, repair contractors, residential contractors, specialty concrete contractors, precast, pipe and block producers, precast/prestressed producers, and more.

World of Concrete will be the first large-scale event to occupy the brand new West Hall expansion project which will add 1.4 million sq. ft. to the current convention center facility, including at least 600,000 sq. ft. of new, leasable exhibit space. The expansion will also feature a main entrance and grand lobby off Convention Center Drive, meeting rooms, pre-function space, and service and support areas.

Guided by Informa AllSecure, a detailed set of measures developed collaboratively with industry associations, event organizers, and venues, World of Concrete aims to deliver the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its event, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment. All guests should follow CDC and local guidance. Face masks are recommended (not required) at the event, and will be available onsite if a guest does not have one of their own.

I hope it is a productive show for everyone.
