Polysius acquires A-C Equipment Services

Atlanta-based Polysius Corp., a ThyssenKrupp Technologies company, announced that in early May, the company acquired A-C Equipment Services Corp. of Milwaukee as a wholly owned subsidiary. A-C Equipment will continues its kiln service and repair business in North America for its cement, lime, paper, and digester customers. A-C's President John Vitas, Vice President Scott Egan, and all other key managers and staff will continue with the company.

Polysius President Mark Terry said of the deal, “This is an exciting time for both companies as we continue to benefit from our respective strengths in the cement, minerals, and related industries. We look forward to realizing even greater success as our complementary resources position us to capitalize on growth opportunities in the coming years.”
