On Aug. 1, the American Portland Cement Alliance officially began operations as the Portland Cement Association, and PCA launched a new logo and look as part of the event. In addition, PCA and the former APCA changed its internet domain name used for e-mail and Web site addresses from portcement.org and apca.org to cement.org
