Roller Mills

New literature describes Raymond roller mills, including the range of feed sizes and particle output to suit various applications in addition to details regarding their reportedly rugged construction. Designed to dry, pulverize, classify and deliver a number of different types of material, the typical roller mill system incorporates a feed-size range of approximately 10-40 mm to produce particles ranging from coarse granules of about 10%R2000 micron to as fine as 0.002%R44 micron. The roller mills can be custom engineered and are well-suited to materials processing of many varieties, including fire clay, betonite and kaolin, plus other minerals like barites, gypsum, limestone, hydrated line, phosphate rock, talc and coal. Inventory Management Software

A flexible graphical interface for use with SiloPatrol Model SMU “smart” sensors is provided with SiloTrack Inventory Management Software Version 2.0. Together, SiloTrack Server and Client software offer inventory management to a virtually unlimited number of users via LAN, Internet/WAN or dial-up modem. Users of the SiloTrack system can be both internal and external to a facility, allowing easy implementation of remote inventory monitoring and vendor-managed inventory applications. Some enhanced features include the ability to export history or alarm data; receive alarm notification via e-mail, fax or pager; and, initiate analog/relay outputs via the SiloPatrol Auxiliary Output Enclosures. Additionally, SiloTrack can set up auto, manual or auto/manual measurements and four alarms and relays per silo as well as display distance, level, volume, weight, percent-full values, alarm, relay and sensor status.
