A 12-page guide details the complete line of Raymond pulverizing and classifying equipment and systems. Also highlighted are Raymond's field and technical services, OEM replacement parts, and laboratory facilities. Roller mills, Imp Mills, bowl mills, and vertical mills are among items whose features are described in the literature. Available in seven sizes with capacities to 80 tph and fineness from 20 mesh to 99.99% passing 325 mesh, roller mills are said to be rugged, dependable pendulum-type mills designed for fine and medium-fine grinding of nonmetallic minerals and chemicals. Imp mills, defined as high-speed, air-swept, swing-hammer impact mills designed for continuous 24-hour operation, are listed in capacities ranging from ¼ to 45 tph suitable for grinding softer, nonmetallic minerals, coal, grains, and other materials. Bowl mills are said to be available in capacities to 100 tph in fineness up to 95% minus 200 mesh. For ultra-fine grinding, vertical mills are described as vertically arranged high-speed, air-swept hammermills, providing capacities from 100 to 10,000 lb. per hour and fineness 95% to 99% finer than 5-10 microns.
