The Portland Cement Association and the International Cement Microscopy Association will co-sponsor the Inaugural Cement Chemist Workshop next spring. The day-and-a-half workshop will take place in conjunction with the Joint ICMA/PCA meeting, April 22-24, 2004, in San Antonio, Texas, at the Sheraton Gunther Hotel.

Designed exclusively for plant chemists, the workshop will focus on

• Strength Uniformity

• Decreasing set times at the cement plant
