Holcim Participations (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss materials giant Holcim Ltd, has now acquired more than 95% of the ordinary shares of Aggregate Industries plc, pursuant to the recommended cash offer for the entire ordinary share capital of Agg Industries announced on January 20.

Holcim UK will shortly implement the statutory procedures to acquire the outstanding ordinary shares of Agg Industries.
