Mexico's Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua announced the reorganization of its two U.S. companies — GCC Rio Grande and GCC Dacotah — into a new organization called GCC America. Enrique Escalante is president of the new company; and Steve Zellmer, who headed GCC Dacotah, is sales and marketing vice president.
