Essroc/Italcementi completed its purchase of Riverton Investment Corp. The acquisition will enable Essroc to boost the efficiency of its local production facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Riverton cement plant raises Essroc's production capacity to about 7.5 million metric tpy.
