Cimentos de Portugal SA, or Cimpor, will invest US$129 million in a third production line for its Egyptian subsidiary Amreyah Cement. The new line will increase Amreyah's annual cement production capacity by 1.5 million tons when it starts production in March 2003. bringing total production capacity to 4 million tpy.
