Portland Cement Association-affiliate Northwest Cement Producers Group has added Claude Rorabaugh to fill the newly created position of Market Development Manager-Oregon effective in early November.

John Arroyo, executive director of the Olympia, Wash.-based, multi-state trade association that services Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon, stated the growing trend toward more sustainable building and infrastructure methods has contributed to expanding demand for cement.

Rorabaugh's responsibilities include private sector and public sector liaison functions throughout the state.
