Manufacturing Technical Committee
The Manufacturing Technical Committee (MTC) is an association of cement manufacturers, consultants, and suppliers of equipment and materials. The MTC functions within the framework of the PCA to fulfill the industry's needs for continuous improvement of cement manufacture and product quality by facilitating the timely exchange of ideas and technical information.
The MTC's research projects provide support to its development programs and programs of allied industry groups.
The projects are focusing on energy and environmental issues related to cement manufacturing processes in three areas: materials preparation and finishing, pyroprocessing, and auxiliary and control equipment.
MTC is a group of cement manufacturers, consultants, and suppliers of equipment and materials. The committee functions within the framework of PCA to fulfill the industry's need for continuous improvement of cement manufacture and product quality by facilitating the timely exchange of ideas and technical information.
