Mercury-Free Tilt Switch

BinMaster offers an innovative, patent-pending tilt switch used for high level detection of powders and bulk solids. The BM-TSM tilt switch mounts on the top of the bin and activates an alarm when material rises and tilts the switching mechanism 15 degrees. The shaft of the tilt switch is custom-made in lengths from 1 ft. up to 8 ft. in length, dependent upon the distance from the top of the bin an alert should be activated. Horizontal-Mounted Level Sensor

BinMaster introduced an innovative weight-and-cable based level sensor for mounting on the side of a bin, tank or silo. The SmartBob HM – for horizontal mount – can be used when it is not possible to install the sensor on the top of the bin. The SmartBob HM features a rigid extension that is custom-made from 12- to 36-ft. long to install on the side of the bin through a 4-ft. opening. Precise level measurements are taken at pre-determined time intervals at a location directly below the probe to continuously monitor the inventory of material inside of the bin.
